this is one of the best idea's that has come out for flipping meat,this works indoors and outdoor and it keeps what ever you are flipping intact no loss of juice from your meat. if you do alot of cooking with different kinds of meat you need to get yourself one of these

Purchased pair of Pig Tails for a gift and recipient reports the doo-dad is AbFab at turning over nearly any cooking meat, from individual strips of bacon in the pan to roasts in the smoker.
