I bought this for one of my daughters.
It sits motionless through the night.
At first light, it begins to almost imperceptibly rock it's head from left to right. That's all it does. It never speeds up (though more light does help) but just rocks it's little head left and right as if listening to some heavenly music.

It's beautiful, runs on solar power.

Buy one and you'll smile every time you see it.

I got this from a toys r us for about 12 bucks.
whoa did she like it. it is the cutest thing. now i am asking her to give it back but to no avail.

yes it will shake head under light.
shake head rhythmically if you turn on the music.

i had it next to my laptop when i work and it looks so cute.
