Very cool music. It gives me energy. Most CD's for workout such as Pilates or Yoga is always too sleepy or depressing. I was a little worried that this CD was going to be a downer, but was happy to find it to be the opposite. All the songs on this album is uplifting. A mind and body experience. I have 3 of the 4 CD's from the series and enjoy them all.

This CD is a wonderful companion to any workout. I am a Pilates student at a studio and also workout at home and find this and the other CDs in the series to be helpful in motivating me throughout my workout without ever distracting me. I bought the series to accompany my many different musical moods, however, if someone has a particular taste in music any one of the CDs will do! The musicians sound great, unlike some workout music that sounds hokey or second rate.

A refreshing CD to say the least I really enjoy listening to the music. The pace and rythem is very smooth. I have now collected the entire collection and I am glad I did. Great music to say the least. Best, DG

I loved the first song. Then the whole feel of the music changed and became very synthsizer-esque with a tinny, 70's sound. I wanted to use this cd to teach my pilates class but I am so glad I listened to it before-hand, it would have been terrible. It sounded like porn music.
