great music for a mat pilates class or yoga,

This cd is perfect for teaching mat pilates. The music is upbeat but the beat does not interfere with the rhythm of the pilates moves. This music also works well for an awakening yoga session. You won't be disappointed if you purchase this cd.

I promised some new music for my Pilates classes and played this CD and even my class participants noticed it. We usually don't notice the music that much. I particularly like the steady 95 BPM throughout the workout.
