This well paced Pilates tape introduces you to the concept with an endearing appeal. OK, the men are nude which is a nice touch, but I really liked the workout and have felt great. I plan to incorporate this workout with my other aerobic and wt lifting programs. Glad I purchased this one.

I highly recommend this DVD. Not only is it visually appealing. It is also very educational and it works. I am seeing results after one week. I never knew that I had the capability for my abs to look as fabulous as they do. I give this DVD an A+++++++++++++

This is an excellent workout dvd. Although the narrator lacks energy and enthusiasm, the models are great, and the exercise routine is excellent. I highly recommend this one!
