I have been using the Triadball at my Upper West Side studio, Uptown Pilates, since we opened in March 2005. All of the clients love the many ways it can be incorporated into the classic method of Pilates. I am always hearing from instructors and clients alike that it makes an advanced workout more challenging and a beginner workout more focused and manageable. I highly recommend the Triadball for all Pilates aficionados at any level...you are guaranteed to love it!

This dvd is ideal for anyone wishing to add variety to their classical Pilates workout.Its great for teachers and clients as everything is clearly explained and easy to follow. Michael and Ton are inspiring teachers who make the workout so much fun you forget how hard it is.They have a fantastic knowledge of Pilates and their passion for the method is very infectious.My classes love working out with the triad ball,if you havent found your powerhouse try doing rolling ball with the triad ball!I cant wait for level 2.

This is a great way to change up your workout. Even the DVD is impressive - although labeled Level 1, it is a workout.
