DVD does not work in DVD players!!!,

Unfortunately, the DVD that is part of the yoga ball/band kit does not work. I believe it is defective in that the middle part (where the hole is to fit onto the DVD player) is too small and therefore the DVD must be forced in. I have tried it on three DVD players and could not get it to work on any of them. I also tried other DVDs, just to be sure it wasn't the players.
