I thought I might be the first to review this product, but alas only second. I have been waiting for what seems an eternity for another offering from MC Yogi. I really enjoyed Elephant Power and I am equally delighted by Pilgrimage. I heard it was coming out a few weeks ago and marked it on my calendar. I was on my computer this morning to download it even before I had my first cup of coffee and I have been listening to it since. I like my devotional music with teeth, and thats not easy to find. I am no expert, but the amount of different influences in this cd are amazing. In my amateur opinion, there has been a lot of growth between the two. To keep it short, I totally recommend this! Thanks Yogi, and keep the good music coming!

I loved MC Yogi's first album, "Elephant Power". It had great hindu spiritual storylines and chanting set to rap/beat that was fresh, uplifting, and addictive. I looked foward to another release from him, but was disappointed with "Pilgimage". A few of the songs are OK, but mostly it just sounds too flat and noisy for my tastes.

One of the best albums of the year, really awesome messages of love and positivity. Highly recommended to anyone interested in Yoga, Hindu stories, and general bad ass music with a good message.

Not as good as the first. I can't understand the lyrics and its reggae like.Each song sounds like a rendition of the previous song.
