"Pillow Talk" is a perfectly pleasant book that introduces the topic of married sexuality in a non invasive way. Reading this book will not insult you or make you cringe. Karen Scalf Linamen knows that some women don't want a book filled with detailed anatomical descriptions they want a more comforting book about the basics of getting around to having sex and beyond.

A lot of the book does focus on romance and on understanding your mate. Some of the topics include: Bedroom telepathy, myths about men and sex, how to infuse a little fantasy into your reality, fantasize about your spouse, ways to foster more intimacy and how you can teach your husband the language of love.

This book would not be complete without a section on how having a family can make life more stressful. Tips are given so lovers can stay connected even with seemingly overwhelming responsibilities. Karen makes the point that if you don't take care of your marriage and only focus on the kids you may end up divorced and that can't be good for the kids.

I'd recommend this book to women who want more satisfying relationships which also includes moments of memorable intimacy. If you think you are too busy for sex, then this book will help you rearrange your priorities.
