5.0 out of 5 stars Awsome "goodiebook"
I am so happy I bought this book, I have, to date, made several of the wonderful recipes and have had compliments on all of them, I have baked so many of the recipes that I had to get them out of the house, so my neighbor is even more happy that I purchased The Pillsbury Bake-Off Contest Cookbook.
Thank You to all the contributors.

2.0 out of 5 stars Disappointed in book's content
I thought this book was a book of baked goods: desserts, breads, muffins, etc. because the cover has a picture of a great looking dessert. Instead, it's winners of all categories of the 42nd Pillsbury Bake-Off Contest. So I'm aggravated at myself because I didn't read the fine print, and a bit aggravated at Pillsbury for not putting a picture of a savory dish as well as a...

I always enjoy the bake-off recipes. Some of the recipes I use and others just give me ideas of my own. Sometimes I am surprised at how well some of the ingredients go together like using waffles instead of bread to make a sandwich.Keep up the good work, Pillsbury!

I thought this book was a book of baked goods: desserts, breads, muffins, etc. because the cover has a picture of a great looking dessert. Instead, it's winners of all categories of the 42nd Pillsbury Bake-Off Contest. So I'm aggravated at myself because I didn't read the fine print, and a bit aggravated at Pillsbury for not putting a picture of a savory dish as well as a dessert on the cover. As far as the recipes themselves, I don't like it when a cookbook primarily exists to sell the company's products. Many of these recipes require the use of refrigerated cookie dough, or cooked Italian chicken, crunchy granola bars, etc. Thumbing through this book, the prepared products are not ones I keep on hand, and none of the recipes that use them look good enough for me to spend the extra money and time to purchase them.

Very disappointed in this book.
