If you think 'healthy' baking means 'dry and tasteless' baking, think again. I have tried most of these recipes, and every one of them is delicious. It has recipes for everything from breads and muffins to cookies and desserts. Everything turns out moist and flavorful. Our family's favorite is the Individual Hot Fudge Sundae Cakes. I have a huge sweet tooth, and I lost over 60 lbs with the help of this cookbook!

I have purchased many books with a "healthy" title but where the actual recipes tasted ho-hum or worse. These are tasty and easy. Our whole family loves virtually every cookie recipe. No one can believe these are actually lower in fat than usual. I highly recommend.

THE BEST! My librarian turned me on to this book but I'm on my way right now to purchase my own copy.
And I recommend you do the same. This is the best collection of EZ to make, low-fat, healthy ingredient baking
recipes I've come across. Every recipe I've done so far has turned out excellent! Lots of beautiful pictures and
simple complete instructions. I'm working my way thru to the Yeast Bread section. This would make a perfect gift.

I love this cookbook. I try and bake healthy because I have a thyroid condition and this cookbook makes it so I can have cookies and other yummy sweets without the worry of gaining any weight. My friends and my husband can not get enough of the double chocolate chip cookies. They tell me "These can't be healthy they taste too good." I also love there bread machine recipes. Because of this instead of going to the store to get bread I just make a loaf in my bread machine and it lasts about a week. If you want a healthy baking cookbook this is the one to get.

I love this book! Every recipe I have tried is so tasty. I think they are better than unhealthy recipes. Every recipe's nutrition information is right there and they are all really easy recipes. I couldn't be happier!

This cookbook has become my go-to cookbook for quick bread and muffin recipes. I've made ninety percent of the quick breads and muffins in it and they've all turned out delicious. I've also made a few of the cookie recipes and they were also very good.

Healthy and flavorful. And if you don't want to use wheat flour, use regular baking flour -- just know that the nutrition guidelines are going to be incorrect.
