Agree with the other reviewers, this is a very well made product; once you get it on your wheel, it's not going to move and adds a nice, soft feel to the steering wheel, particularly over a stock one. As pointed out, it does add quite a bit of bulk over the stock, so as long as you don't have a problem with that, I would definitely recommend this cover. Don't try to pull it on from opposite sides, that would be nearly impossible, just place it on one side, then run your finger/thumb along the inside of the cover where it is already on, and work it along the rest of the cover.

I bought the Pilot leather cover for the steering wheel of an old Maxima whose steering wheel was shedding leather bits and looking mighty sad. The quality of the new cover appears excellent, it is thick, somewhat pliant to the hands, and nicely dyed black. The appearance of the steering wheel is much improved with this cover.

It took some strength to fit it over the existing wheel. A buyer should be aware of that. It does, by its nature, make the steering wheel thicker so the feel will be different. And, at least on my steering wheel, the inner portion of the old steering wheel is visible under the new cover.

The product really is better than I expected and does dress up the appearance of that old steering wheel. Replacement or professional recovering for my car is very expensive and this is a MUCH more practical answer.

Most steering wheel covers I've come accross are cheap in quality and appearance. Unless you look closely you can't tell this is not factory. You will have to get used to the addtional thickness of the wheel once installed but it's not too bad. HINT - place the cover in the dryer for about 20 minutes to soften it up and it installs easily!

This is an elegant cover. It fit my 14.5" steering wheel without any trouble. It's hard to tell how much larger the wheel could be and still have a good fit. Also if your steering wheel is smaller than 14.5" I think it will be too loose. I recommend measuring the outer diameter of your steering wheel with a tape measure to see where it stands.

This cover was surprisingly good,i was looking a lot in all kind of auto stores but this realy beat everything i saw befor.It has very smooth touch,and looks like gonna last long(i have it less then a month ,so i can't say about it)Overall-realy good deal and the shipping was fast too!!!

Have been looking for a new steering wheel cover for almost two years while the old one slowly rotted away. Bought this one based on the other reviews here. It turned out to be even better than I expected. Nice, comfortable and consistent grip all around the wheel. It really feels first-class.

Let me leave you with two final thoughts about this cover, which make it a standout compared to any other cover you'd find in a big box or auto parts store: it doesn't feel like cheap vinyl, and it isn't made in China.

Tried this on the steering wheel of my VW Passat B6 2008. It made the steering wheel really very thick! Also, there was some plastic odor coming from the inside of the cover. Immediately returned the item.

received this today, installed it in 5 minutes on my car. took a little bit of effort but once on the fit is quite good and the overall quality seems pretty nice. do not feel it is too bulky when driving, leather quality is pleasant to the touch and has a nice appearance. sufficiently covers the steering wheel and does not slip at all.

interested to see how it will wear over the next few years, looks like it should do fine however. no odors or any other unpleasantness with this cover thus far and it's been baking in the car for a few hours.

overall, first impression is great product for a great price!

LOVE the feel of the leather. Way better than the cover I bought at a local auto parts store. I recommended it to my dad.
