The product image shows that it comes with an extra refill but it does not. Other than that, the pen is of good quality and writes well.

This is a nice pen. It is comfortable to hold and writes nice and smooth. I love the pink too.
I love this version much better than the original dr grip. This version has a shorter, well I don't know what it's called, the metal part that the pen tip comes out of when you click it. I always hold my pens very close to the end, and with the regular dr grip I find that I'm holding it at the very end of the grip, defeating the purpose. This one allows me to hold it right where they intend for you to hold it, while still holding very close to the end. I hope that made sense. Too bad the pink is the cheapest one, I hate pink. I almost bought black but hey, why spend an extra $4 on colors?
