What a find for a late-night viewing, while dealing with a bout of insomnia and feeling a bit down :) Totally lifted my spirits!

Loved it. Loved it. Loved it.

Like "Chicken Soup for the Soul." Sure it's a bit cheesy and not without its glitches... still, I give 5 stars and can't wait to watch more :)

I'm not crazy about the main female lead's character, the teacher who's obviously destined to be the main love interest (a bit too mousy and overdone) but heck, it's a pilot and there's plenty of room for development :)

You'll find yourself grinning through most of this episode. My full recommendation! :D

Oh yeah, and as for the male lead: hubba hubba ;)

There's humor, social conflict, and lots of eye candy. This show has a lot of potential!

The music--fabulous. The acting--great. The theme--the best. Will be watching and waiting for more. Turning away from the almighty dollar to do what makes one truly happy is more than a goal: It is inspiration.

This was a great episode. I will definitely be watching the show. It was clean which is not what I expected. But clean is good.

I had heard of Glee before, both good and bad reviews, but had never watched an episode. However, now that I have a Kindle Fire and am ADDICTED to it, I decided that there was nothing to lose with trying it out. I'm not to big on trying out new shows if its not from the very beginning, so when I seen that I could start at season one and watch the episodes free with my amazon prime account I gave it a try. And being able to watch it from my laptop as well is a big plus. My boyfriend can use the Fire while I wastch from the laptop with no additional price. ANYWAY, on to the show. I enjoyed it. I found myself laughing out loud even.And its funny to me because I have teased so many people for watching this show that I assumed was so lame, LOL. Im starting to wonder if the people that had negative things to say about the show had ever even watched it or if they just made assumptions like I did. I know Glee has a huge fan base and I can see why.

YES, the quality was a bit choppy at parts, but it only happened a few times and after rewinding it a few seconds I was able to get it right back on track. I have a feeling I am really going to get into this show. I loved all the talent and can't wait to see more performances. I think it all depends on your humor personality as to whether or not you will enjoy this show. If your wondering what kind of humor I have (as someone who enjoyed it) I am a bit corny at times, which I can see the show is as well. Some of my favorite comedies are Big Daddy, The Hangover 1 & 2, The Sitter, Due Date, I love Chelsea Lately, etc, etc. So if you like those shows, you might just like this. And to see all the amazing talent is nice too! I know im a few years late, but I hope that this will be a show that will continue to surprise me!

I've heard of Glee but have never watched an episode. A friend of mine is totally addicted to this show! She suggested that I start watching it because I hadn't really gotten into another show since Ugly Betty's series finale. I decided to purchase and download the pilot and give it a go. I'm so totally hooked now. The pilot was hilarious! I enjoyed watching it so much that I had to write a review. I'm so late in getting on the Glee bandwagon! I started with season one but I'm slowly working my way through all the episodes. I refuse to watch any of the current episodes until I get caught up. I've been basically using the DVR to record all new episodes.

The ending of this episode is just flat out inspiring. I just loved it.

Love, love, love Glee. It's happy, funny and can turn your mood around. I wish more series were as light-hearted as this. The music is also sensational and therefore, the CD has a must have too!!!

The pilot for Fox's series "Glee" (premiers fall 2009) is so enjoyable and well done that I've watched it three times and am recommending it to all of my friends. The performing cast - that is to say, those portraying the high school kids - is outstanding. Dianna Argon as the hyper-over-achiever "Quinn" puts Reese Witherspoon's Tracy Flick in Election to shame. Cory Monteith is a strapping football jock with a secret: a tenor voice as clear and bright as a summer day. Many of the other kids' characters are also realized brilliantly: the sassy black diva, the oh-so-arch and clearly gay sidekick, the dorky wheelchair-bound "cripple" (as described by the money-grubbing school principal)... I can't wait to see what these actors and the show's writers do with these fantastic characters.

Oh, and two more call-outs on the teaching staff: Sandy, the former glee club instructor caught in an indiscretion with one of his wards, is hysterical. And finally, the always wonderful Jane Lynch embodies all that is evil (and riotously funny) as head coach of the school's cheerleading squad, the "Cheerios". Her bull horned castigations of the squad are laugh-out-loud funny.

My TiVo is programmed to overwrite whatever it must in order to record season 1 this fall.

Loved it. Provactive intro to what should be a great show if they can keep the stories going.
