The body of a town councilman, found in Harlem suggests that someone was in the wrong place at the wrong time. A rumor about the councilman appears to have some foundation, moreso than most seem to think. Despite an intense interview with the police, two suspects from the neighborhood stand by their story of stealing a wallet from a dead man. An interesting chain of evidence to proves there to be some truth to the rumor about the councilman.
