This is true with any ink pen that I use. I don't like the sloppiness of my writing, or the comparisons I hear to my script with that of a doctors. After spending many hours working on my penmanship, I can thankfully say that I have seen some improvements, others may not, but I can see my dedication hard at work.
Part of the equation for me to improve my penmanship was twofold: better paper, better pens, and a switch to all capital letters. The paper I found that I could best write with was the Moleskine Ruled Notebook Large and the pens that most suited my new paper and writing style, was the Pilot Precise V7RT or V5RT.
My handwriting was still ugly and unrefined, but I found the more I concentrated with the Pilot Precise series my words and concepts could flow easily onto the page without a sense of disdain with my own communicative abilities. I found the more I wrote with this pen, the more I was comfortable writing. The pen point is sharp and direct. The ink flows smoothly from the barrel and almost caresses the page beneath.
I would recommend to anyone struggling with their penmanship to keep looking for a good ink pen until they find it. I found mine in this product.
Overall, this pen is a great hybrid between gel and ballpoint. And the clicking action is the cherry on top as I ALWAYS lose those darn caps!

Writes smooth with no smearing. The only problem is they mysteriously vanish into thin air. Time to order more, and yes, these will be the ones I order. Best pen I've had.Published 2 days ago by DAVID B
These write extremely thick. I would recommend the V5's instead.Published 22 days ago by Logan Nelson
