I love these pens, and I have several of them. However, the purple ink does not write as smoothly as the other colors. It's also more pink and light in color then purple. Maybe I just got a faulty package...

not only was the package fast getting to my door, the refills somehow seemed to be better than the original it replaced and the price was better than anyone else also shipping cost was the same, better than anyone else.

I love writing in purple ink because it stands out a bit more than the usual black/blue/red you frequently see at work, so I was very pleased when I found on Amazon that I could refill my trusty purple pen and transform another out of commission pen into an awesome purple pen.

Replacing the ink was very quick and easy -- both pens were back in action in no time. I recommend this, especially if you have some Pilot G2 pens, like purple, and don't see yourself stepping into an Office Max or Staples to look for ink refills any time soon.
