Probably the worst of the three EPs, July 8, 2003
This review is from: The Pimp (Audio CD)
The song "The Pimp" isn't all that good to begin with. Man, Fatboy Slim made a lot of songs with Bootsy Collins, didn't he? Though, the song is ripe with humorous innuendo and it's quite the funky track. However, it's a lot better than these bland, nine-minute remixes. The second track, "Drop the Hate" is remixed by Reverend H. Lidbo and the Progressive Baptist Choir of Stockholm and, believe me, it's not even half as interesting as it sounds. Pretty much the only really good track on here is Midfield General's Disco Reshuffle Mix of "Talkin' Bout My Baby", which you can hear on the much-better Fatboy Slim live document "Big Beach Boutique II". I wish they had pulled the best songs off all three EPs and made it into one disc. Here's what I think should be on it:
1. Illuminati
2. Sunset (Darren Emerson Mix)
3. Demons (Stanton Warriors Dub)
4. Talkin' Bout My Baby (Midfield General's Disco Reshuffle Mix)"
5. Song for Shelter (Chemical Brothers Mix)
6. Star 69 (Timo Maas Mix)
I would also throw in Fatboy Slim's mix of the Chemical Brothers' "Come With Us" 'cause there's nowhere you can buy it in the US unless you buy an overpriced import single.

Just for the track 4, October 24, 2005

4. Drop The Hate - (Remixed by Rev. H. Lidbo And The Progressive Baptist Choir of Stockholm)... just heard this song in Traveler internet radio show by Six Degrees Records co-founder Bob Duskis and I think it was a wonderful piece of dancefloor loving. I haven't heard the others but for this song I would give 5 stars. "Drop the Hate, Forgive each other, That's my Line" :)
