Ordered this case to carry to contain my design school portfolio. Great case, solid construction. I really like how light it is, especially considering the "frames" I put it it were fairly heavy, it helped to keep the weight down.
A couple of notes:
1. Product description shows the interior dimensions of the case as a full quarter inch smaller than the outside dimensions. In reality, it's only about an eighth. Described interior depth is accurate, but keep the small acrylic window piece in mind, as it sticks in to the case about 1/4".

2. The interior of the case has no padding, just bare aluminum. I was a little concerned with scratching, but the problem was remedied with $2 worth of craft foam, cut down and laid in the bottom of the case.

Overall, this is a sturdy case, and got a lot of compliments on how sleek and professional it looked. To be clear, this is NOT a case you would use to ship pieces or check on the airplane. This is a well build, professional looking presentation case.
