I purchased this bag of pinata filler to go with the pinata I purchased for my Granddaughter's 1st birthday party. It saved me alot of time trying to find stuff to fill it with along with the candy I purchased. I had to remove one of the toy items because of the little silver balls in it where you squiggle the item and watch the tiny balls go around due to the children's age. They were between 1 year to 2-1/2 years but if it was an older child, it would have been fine. I found this very helpful and a real time saver when you already have so much to do for a party. (even if its only for a 1st birthday)

I purchased this for my son's 3rd birthday party. I wasn't really paying attention when my wife was stuffing the pinata so I didn't realize that by "pinata filler" Amazon actually meant throwing darts. Imagine my surprise when they broke the pinata with 20 kids standing below it...

The only problem with this toy is it causes injuries. Those dang darts kept poking the 3 year olds. I had a lot of upset parents after my party.

Well some have criticized this bag of pinata filler, but they don't understand how it is to be used. It's a learning tool! Kids need to learn that candy is great BUT it has its downsides. Some kids are too young to understand long term problems like diabetes or tooth decay, so the instant lessons like the pain of losing an eye or a sharp poke to the kidney really helps them learn there are consequences to eating candy. Also keeps lighter candies from flying away in the wind! I highly recommend this bag of pinata filler! 5 stars!!!

If it is your goal to increase your child's agility I highly recommend this product. It seems only fair that the Pinata should be able to fight back.
