I got a bag of the Honey flavor. Not exactly the same. A little softer than what I recall.
Glad to see them again anyway. I'ld missed them and remember the box with assorted flavors.
I think it had honey, lemon cherry and licorice. I hope that assortment is revived.

These are nice to have on hand if your throat feels dry, or if you just want a little something sweet. The "softish" part is great, kind of like a gummy bear, but firmer and not sticky on your teeth.

Ok - When these were first reborn circa 2010, I was SO excited....I bought 5 packs of Honey for myself and 5 packs of Cherry for my brother. We used to eat these all the time. His cherry tasted authentic, like the Pine Bros of old, but the honey....they missed. After hoping for years and years they would be reborn, I was massively disappointed. I stopped eating them and didn't even finish the 5 packs I bought. Fast forward to a week ago - I was with my dad when he ran into a pharmacy - he shouts back, "want a Pine Bros?" At first I said no....but then I had a glimmer of hope - maybe they fixed their mistake. Sure enough THEY DID. Honey has been fixed!!!!! I agree with the users that said the drops may be a little softer than I remember them, but the flavor is back. It is now much closer to the original than the 2010-2011 versions, totally enjoyable honey flavored softish throat drops.

I have not tried the original formula but I do like these new throat drops. Unlike most other brands I've tried, these are small, softish, and delicious. To me, they taste better than candy. It's no chore at all to take them anytime a scratchy throat strikes. They are safe for children over 3 and each is just 5 calories.

The throat drops are made in America and come in convenient round boxes and larger bags for refill. The round pucks are ideal to have around in my purse, backpack, or glove compartment. I wish the bags were resealable but that's nothing a bag clip can't fix.

I've heard that some of these aren't soft like we remembered, but THESE ARE SOFT! Ok, semi-soft, but when you try them, you'll see. Theyre perfect. Who knows what they do for your throat. But they're delicious and comforting. If you remember the ones in the little box, these are exactly the same!

[Warning, if they sit out in your cold car, all bets are off].

As with Thomas Wolfes' theme in the novel "You Can't Go Home Again", attempts to relive youthful memories will always fail. Well, this product didn't exactly fail, but it was not a good as the original, plus the company didn't bring back the cherry flavored drop either. The honey flavor was okay, but nowhere near as concentrated as the original drop. I wonder if it is because it is advertised as "Natural Honey". Isn't all honey "natural"? Obviously, there was some demand for the company to attempt to bring it back, but if they went to the effort to do so, how come they did't follow their original recipe?!?! I do like the new container as sometimes the drops got stuck together in the original box.

These still are my favorite for sore or scratchy throats. I was without them for years until I finally found them at the Vermont Country Store, and now online. I highly recommend them as well as the chery flavored.

Well I had a box of old Pine Bros honey from the 80s laying around(the box with the pouring spoon) so I compared the old version to the new one available on this site.Well the originals are darker in color and not as soft(brown vs.gold).Both are excellent but I enjoyed the new product better.Had a slightly better honey taste and was way softer in texture.People who are expecting the exact same product from their past will be unsatisfied as they changed the formula but I feel for the better
