Sticking it to the eighties,
By A Customer
This review is from: Pinhead's Progress (Zippy Strips) (Paperback)
Fans of the intelligent postmodern comic strip "Zippy" will revel in this collection from the eighties. Griffith's critical wit is sharp as always, the artwork is fabulous, and Zippy is his usual obscure self.

Am I soup yet?,
By Walter Five (13th Floor Elevator, Enron Hubbard Bldg. Houston Texxas) - See all my reviews (VINE VOICE)
This review is from: Pinhead's Progress (Zippy Strips) (Paperback)
Zippy is a Great American, along with Liberace, Tiny Tim, Aunt Jemimah, and Ready Kilowatt! Are we having fun yet? Yow!
We live in a nation of Pinheads. Zippy's puzzling non-sequitors give insight to the underbelly of Amerkian commercialism at its crassest level. This book gives you more of Vitamin Z. |
