I purchassed this beautiful handmade glass bowl from this seller. When it arrived a small noch in the flat of the bowl disturbed me. I returned it for an exchange and spoke directly with the seller who suprized me with a phone call. Jeff is bundle of knolodge about glass . It was so interesting to speak with him. I now have a better understanding of just how much care has gone into this handmade glass bowl . The story is so interesting about the factory that still makes these by hand with the orignal molds from 200 years ago. Jeff has made a new customer for life. BRAVO ! And Thanks.
