This is a fascinating recap of the Yankees' years from 1964 through 1982. Dick Lally really knows how to work magic with the English language. He brings those years and the personalities to life, and explores the reasons behind the fall and rise of the Yankees. As someone who has been a Yankee fan since I was a small girl, I thoroughly enjoyed this book.
