I was a bit surprised when I received these sheets, because the color, called "green/blue plaid" does NOT have any blue in it! The actual colors in person are a lovely muted sage green & a gray color -- I held the sheets up to the light and carefully studied them -- I suppose the gray color might have a slight HINT of slate blue in it -- but believe me, if you want these sheets to match a blue room, look elsewhere! No one would describe them as a green/blue plaid (unless they saw the label first). ;-)

For me, this was a good thing -- I have a light sage green bedroom, and these match beautifully. They do NOT look like sheets for a boy's room, which I was afraid of. They are very neutral, and the 'heathered' quality does a nice job of muting the plaid effect (I think strong plaid designs in sheets can tend to look kind of 80's) and adds a nice texture & depth to the print.

As for quality -- I also own Pinzon's 'Velvet Flannel' sheets, and those are better quality -- thicker fabric. Of course, they're more expensive. These are a good value for the price (assuming you're getting them on sale for around thirty-five dollars and not paying the eighty dollar 'regular price'). They are a little on the thin side. They are nice and soft, though, and wash and dry well. They haven't developed pills like another much pricier set I have from a department store.

So overall, I think these are a good value -- just know what you're getting as far as color! The picture Amazon has is pretty accurate -- it's just the name "green/blue plaid" I'm afraid might mislead people, since they do NOT look blue.

These sheets have a beautiful subtle weave. The fabric is a short-napped flannel that does not seem likely to pill easily.
They are perfectly sized - the fitted sheet has a nice tight fit on my 15 inch mattress.
One star off because there were no labels or tags anywhere on the sheets or pillow cases. There was a note in the packaging that laundering instructions could be found on the label. I'm assuming they are cotton as per the product description and feel, but no where does it say they are 100% cotton.
I washed in hot heavy duty and dried on normal and they came out fine.

These sheets are soft, warm and very comfortable.

The pockets are nice and deep, fit easily over our pillowtop mattress. There is elastic all around, not just at the corners like some sheets, so the bottom stays snug. All I can say is these are my new favorites.

One of the best flannel sheet sets I have ever gotten for the price. They look very nice and feel very soft. Love them. I'm thinking of getting another color.

THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT I CAN USE YEAR ROUND, IT`S NOT TOO WARM OR TOO COLD. DELIVERY WAS GREAT AND ON TIME.

I bought a double size set for my nephew who is unwell and who is often bothered by the cold. He says he loves the feel of his first flannel sheets. These are so much less expensive than Lands End, Company Store or LLBean that I was hesitant and I will revise this if his opinion changes in the future. For now, after just 2 nights' use, they're a hit. Thank you, Portugal.

These sheets are the equivalent of at least one wool blanket. I can't imagine using them in the summer, but for the winter, they make a huge difference. And they feel warm right away when you hop in bed, rather than having to wait a bit for them to warm up the way you have to with standard cotton sheets.

Used this sheets & duvet all winter and couldn't be happier with the appearance, quality and ease of washing. Tried to buy another set, but my timing was off (season) and they were all sold out. Will look for Pinzon next fall and buy another sheet set & duvet plus extra pillowcases.

Product was very sturdy and comfortable. I was concerned that based upon the price it would fall apart in the first washing, but it held up, kept its color. Very happy about the value I received from this product.

These sheets get the job done but are not as soft as I would have liked even after many washings. Probably would not buy this brand again but will not throw these out either.
