I push a set of 6" pioneer components and a set of pioneer 6x9 three ways with this amp. The internal crossovers are flexible enough to set up nicely. I paired this with the Pioneer GM-5500T 2 channel amp pushing two Pioneer 12's. This makes for a nice reliable system that cranks out lots of clean sound without killing the budget.

Installed this amp in the trunk to supplement stock audio system in a 2004 Acura TSX. Flexible; used as 3-channel, front full range to Polk DB 5-1/4" midrange components w/tweeters, and two 8" DB subs, all mounted on rear-facing custom made panel & enclosures. Incredible quality and plenty of thump...enough to knock a picture off the wall opposing the garage wall! Great value; don't spend more money on an amp, this is all you need from a quality brand. Installation; for flush mounting it requires skill to make a professional-grade cut through carpet board due to unusual top surface profile. Other than that, very easy to install. <--Added comment: Amp requires air space around the longer sides to cool. Amp is still okay with convection cooling, but cannot expose sides to any material without possible melting of that material or overheating the amp.

I have this amp in my 2000 Ford Ranger and it works great. I have it hooked up to my 4 regular speakers (doors) and two subs. I didn't want to put in two amps, so this works for all my needs. I bought the two channel version for my wife. Highly recommend this amp.

I used this amplifier in my F150 supercrew, behind the passenger side rear seat. I wasnt sure that it will fit, but it fit with plenty of space available. routed the wires from the front and connected to the speakers, sound is great, 100 times better than it was before, even when i already had upgraded before the head unit and speakers.
I dont see the unit getting hot or anything like that.

I am a novice audio system guy, but I am a pro auto tech. I installed this by myself after after purchasing some quality wiring kit from Scosche EFX 4 Gauge wire kit ( highly recommend). Just to be fair, If you want something to blast your trunk off, you might want to go with something higher (1000W) but if you are just looking to give your upgraded speaker proper juice, then this would be the way t go. I dont have a sub, but I just upgraded all of my speakers, front and rear, and I cannot turn the volume all the way up without my ears bleeding. So this is more than good enough for me. But if you want to blow someones windows out at a red light, then yo might want to go higher.

Not the best amp I have ever purchased but it does what its supposed to do. I purchased this amp for my car and hooked it all up just powering one 10in sub. My plans changed which is why i got a 4 chanel for a 10in sub. I used it for about a few months and it started cutting in and out. I never bothered with it because I sold the car.

Installation of this amplifier was easy, running 4 gauge power and ground wire.

I am currently running Digital Designs CS6.5" components(4 Ohm 60watt rms/200 watt peak) in the front(ch 1 and 2), with ch 3 and 4 bridged to run one Digital Designs DD LE-M08 subwoofer(4 Ohm 8" subwoofer and ported box combo, 250 watt rms/500 watt peak).

Head Unit: pioneer DEH-4550BT(2 rca pre-outs at 2volts max)
Stock OEM speakers in the back of car directly from Head unit
Amplifier gain setting: Normal (2 volts)
Crossover for ch 1 and 2, is set at 100 hertz HPF (set at Head unit)
Crossover for ch 3 and 4, is set at 80 hertz LPF (set at Head unit)
Loudness set at : Low (set at Head unit)
Equalizer set at : Vocal (set at Head Unit)
2 pairs of Rockford Fosgate RCA`s
Car: Ford Fiesta hatch 2004
Car alternator(70 amps)
Amplifier fuses: 2 x 25 amp fuses
The song I like to use when testing sound is Fragma - Toca`s Miracle remix

All I can say is, this amplifier has more than enough power to run the components and the subwoofer! I dont need anything more. I first thought that I would not have enough power to run the subwoofer, due to the amplifier pushing only 180 watt rms at 4 ohm`s. But I was wrong, I am getting pure clean deep bass without distortion(that DD mini 8inch subwoofer is a little beast, sounds like a 12 inch, bass response is instant due to small size)). The components are loud and crystal clear(tweeters blend in perfectly with mid woofers), my volume rarely goes higher than 40 out of 60(which is comfortable loud ,anything more is just too loud and unbareable, even if I do go louder , there is no distortion!

Temperature wise, after playing on a long road with volume set at 40 for 1 1/2 hours, the amplifier was only slightly warm to the touch.

I would highly recommend this amplifier, for an easy sound upgrade, with not a lot of power consumption(no dimming of lights).

Amp performs great, much better than my factory GM Booster. I have it hooked up to my 4 Pioneer speakers that were swapped in over the factory ones.
