Good things about this stereo is that it's not cheap, though the price is. Wood subwoofer box and good materials - Pioneer didn't skimp on this model. I enjoy the surround sound mounted in the front. It still feels theater quality to my ears, and I'm picky.
I do wish the bass was deeper, but that could be the size of the room I have it setup in. And obviously, I wish it had more optical or HDMI ports.
