Can these Pioneer SP-BS41-LR speakers be driven/hooked to my computer. Can these Pioneer SP-BS41-LR be used as computer speakers?

Typical computer speakers are active speakers (built in amps).But these are passive speakers. They need an external amp to drive.

No.... not as they come, but yes, it's possible to alter them for that purpose tho it's not necessary as there are other excellent ones for that purpose not needing any external hook ups.
