I am an AV technician (audio video) for concerts and shows. i am trained to tune the best of sounds out of the highest quality speakers.

I purchased these speakers expecting the least and was very surprised when i installed them.

These speakers sound beautiful. They are comparable to Bose or Alpine. I would most definitely recommend these to a friend.

Many people say that there isn't enough bass in these speakers. A little hint for ya... you cant just turn the bass up in your car and expect chest thumping goodness. You must adjust the mids and the lows and the power going to each hertz setting. These speakers have bass... they have tons of it. you just need to know how to pull it out of them.

So... if you want Bose quality at a low price... i totally recommend to anyone.

These speakers were recomended for my Colorado pickup and they fit perfect and sound much better than the stock speakers.

This set of speakers is perfect, good highs lows and mids and they fit in my car easily enough. I would definitely recommend these to anyone. I also purchased some Pyle speakers and to be honest the Pyles sound just as good as these, other than the Pyles have very cheap speaker wire. So if you REALLY need to save 20 bucks go check those out. If not I would stick with these because I am sure durability is a lot higher.

These speakers went great with my JVC deck in my Chevy Silverado. The audio is very clear! I'm hearing frequencies I don't usually hear in a car stereo system. Pioneer uses very high quality parts/components to make their speakers which translate into high quality audio output. I am 100% satisfied with these speakers. BTW, you can't beat the price.

Overall, these speakers are a decent upgrade from my stock speakers. My local car audio specialist recommended these along with a couple other brands of speakers. The price was great online here, ($95 at the local store vs $45 here with shipping) I had them professionally installed and I am loving them so far. The only thing that these don't do that the stock speakers did is Bass. The mid range and tweaters sound awesome, but there is very very little bass coming out. No real surprise there. I'm planning on getting a sub soon anyways,so I won't have to worry about the no bass problem. Overall, good for the price, especially if you get them on sale!

Although these aren't the best speakers on the market today, they are with no doubt better than the factory junk that comes in the vehicle. After figuring out a way to modify and re-use my factory speaker mounts these fit nicely in all 4 doors of my '09 Sierra. Powering them using only what the Pioneer AVH-P3200DVD head unit can feed to them they still sound great, I probably won't put an amp on these just yet. It all depends on how much my future addition of a subwoofer drowns them out.

Two sets of speakers were purchased and installed. They sound great and am very satisfied. The price is a bonus--half the store sales price!

Bought these speakers to replace blown speaker in door of a Chevy Silverado Pickup. Installation was easy, fit in opening fine. Sound quality is good but definately have less bass than the stock speakers.

I plugged these in and noticed that right out of the box, they sounded like crap. It really depends on the Head Unit you combine these speakers with. If you have a stock head unit in your car, these speakers might not sounds the way you want them. You really need a stereo that will let you tinker around with the graphic equalizer before these speakers will be even able to sound good.

I bought these speakers as replacements for blown speakers. After trying to match them by size of the old ones I soon realized that the price could go beyond.I finally settled on these Pioneers because they were affordable but I did not expect much as for sound quality.I was blown away when I played them and surprised.I can't imagine the higher dollar speakers sounding any better than these,I hear every insrument in every recording as clear as a bell.Everything is well balanced and the base is strong.
