I installed these in my 2008 Nissan Frontier to replace the factory ones, 100% better sound quality at a great price.

I replaced the tweeter for my wife's Hyundai Sonata -- it does make a big difference in sound quality and they fit in the exact same place as the original hyundai tweeters. By the way: the original tweeters as well as the original speakers are big piece of junk.

I have a amplifier kenwood, look like ok work and sound very nice. no problem with this item and arrive very soon, in less days.

I installed these in my 2002 avalanche along with 4 6 1/2 pioneer speakers. They sound great. I had to build a plate to adapt them to my door panel. I just matched my old tweeter up to a piece of steel and cut it out. Then I cut a hole in the steel plate for the tweeter. Then some flat black paint. Turned out nice and looks factory.

I bought these to improve the sound in my '76 Triumph Spitfire. I had a pair of 6x9 3-way speakers in boxes behind the seats, they worked great at low speed, but they did not produce enough high end to be heard at highway speeds. I mounted these Pioneer tweeters fulsh in the dash, using the spots where the dash vents were on the GT6. The plastic mounting cups fit snugly in a 2" hole in the plywood dash. The supplied hardware (bolts) were not long enough to use the supplied metal cups, but they were not really needed in my application. I did use the bolts to secure the speaker in the plastic cups. One note, when mounting the speakers in a panel this thick (about 1/2") you need to put the speaker wire though the cup before you put the cup in the dash. Otherwise the "crossover" cap won't fit through the hole int he plastic cup. Once mounted the speakers look very nice. They do a great job of filling out the top end at speed. I used the fader to put about 70% front / 30% rear. This gives a nice balanced sound without being tinny. These are NOT broad range speakers, but they do the intended function great in a tiny package.

Bought these to replace stock tweeters in my Pontiac Vibe that previously had a 6 speaker M&T factory sound package. Factory receiver was replaced with a double din (Kenwood Dpx308u 22w rms) Running these in parallel (tweeter don't put significant load on system so impedance is not an issue, in addition my 6.5 are have a cross over so the system would still see 4 ohms) with my 6.5" Kenwood (KFC-1652S - 50 w rms)off the deck power along with a Bazooka EZ Bass tube. These tweeters finished the project and brought the high end clarity and proper imaging that I was missing. Vocals are now nice and clean along with clean highs that are not too harsh unlike other brands/models. The speakers pair very well with a decent aftermarket unit (no amp necessary). Built in crossover (in line capacitors) are perfect at keeping the treble free of distortion. Those that complain these are too low most likely don't understand car audio very well and have speakers with mismatched SPL and or sensitivity. Easy fix in these cases is to add inline resistors to the other speakers til SPL is matched.

These tweeters will really liven up a car stereo! I put a pair of these in the dash in my Jeep Grand Cherokee, and you can immediately tell the difference of these units over the stock tweeters. Installation was very easy, they supply more than enough brackets to mount these either surface or flush style, also included is double-sided adhesive for an easy, quick install. It took me roughly 20 minutes to install them (mainly due to the fact that I had to strip the pre-existing wires for my stock tweeter harness). The overall sound is not "tinny", and not overpowering. They're the perfect addition to compliment those highs in your music.

You can't go wrong buying Pioneer products, and this is another solid product from that company!

Great product. My only gripes are the mounting hardware made it difficult to mount in anything thicker than 1/4". Had to modify the mounting plates for 7/16. That and they are a little too quiet. Definitely helped the sound quality but they are still quieter than I was hoping.

Replaced stock tweeters in '03 Tacoma. Made a big difference. Much more than I expected for the price. Pretty easy install as well.

These tweeters are a good addition to my factory audio system. They were easy to install and look factory installed when you do the flush mount.
