This is walks you through the different theories in calculating risk in pipeline. Most important is the discussion of 'probability of failure' calculations and giving the engineer/manager real numbers like 'time to fail', 'cost of failure' etc. I recommend it and would consider it a cornerstone for anyone to build or revamp their risk model.
