This is one of the most beautiful dolls I have ever seen. She is so lifelike, truly beautiful. It's like having a short person to befriend. Plus, it is interactive on the computer. I have Gia, Zoe and Piper. Also, you can give to the children's charity of your choice when you receive the new doll. I highly recommend this doll for any child over 5.

Beautifully made doll. My daughter received this for her 7th birthday. It is comparable in quality to a Carpatina doll her sister has. Beautiful face and eyes, well constructed body. The soft component of her lower torso makes her very "huggable" to my daughter. Both my daughters love the book, and the environmental message it delivers is great. My daughters have also visited the Karito kids website, looked over all the charitable work, played some games, and love it. This is a beautiful doll, and the website delivers a good message of helping others.

I have 5 of these dolls (Zoe, Ling, Gia, Pita and Piper(Lulu is next)) for my daughter. All are beautiful and life like. The hair is very awesome and durable. The body is huggable and the rest of the doll has soft durable skin. I never purchased an AG doll but I know many people with them. Karito Kids surpass the competition in my mind (they can even share the competition's clothes most of the time). Highly highly recommend checking these dolls out if your going to purchase a pricy doll in the future. Dolls which portray history are nice, but these dolls help other children who may not have a history with out help from those who are more fortunate. My daughter jokes that this is her way of doing a mitzvah and helping to save the world one click of the mouse at a time.

This doll was even more beautiful in person. If you like American girl dolls, you will love Karito kids. They are so pretty. Karito kids are 21" compared to AG dolls that are 18". My daughter fell in love with the first Karito kid I bought, and now has three. She likes how the dolls look more grown up and beautiful compared to AG dolls. Your child is also able to donate money to a charity of her choice after purchasing the doll. Once online, they are able to play games online and earn "coins" towards charities of choice.
