There is a crazy girl in this book! Pippy Longstocking is a very funny and a strong girl. Her friends are great. Her two best friends names' are Tommy and Annika.
Pippy loves buying things for kids, but never buys things for herself. She always says she's "rich as a troll." Pippy is really crazy; she even has a monkey as a pet. I love the books Pippy Goes On Board and Pippy Longstocking because they are full of excitement. I am just like Pippy, because she is always asking questions. I ask questions all of the time. I hope you will love them and read them too.

Pippi is a very active girl. She is also a very strong girl. Her mom dies and her dad is a pirate. He dad is coming to pick her up and how his friends. Tommy and Annika, Pippi’s friends want to go, but they have a mom and dad who want them to stay. Pippi has a fun time but the pirates speak another language. She has lots of adventures and has a fun time sitting in a cave on the island.

I really enjoyed reading Pippi Goes on Board! I love how the author makes the book funny AND surprising. It is an amazingly well written story. I like the way author uses words. It is a terrific book and is fun to read. I think it is the most exciting book in the Pippi series.

I recommend this book to people who like to laugh. I also recommend this book to people who like surprises. I give this book a big thumbs up!

Pippi is providing my kids hours of joy, as she did for me when I first read her. Childhood is not complete without Pippi's adventures.

Pippi is one series I grew up with and always enjoyed her antics. I wanted my kids to be able to discover her also

After I got over some of the adult / authority-figure treatment, I found these stories oddly compelling, interesting and even exhilarating. Not my favorite of all time, perhaps, but charming and empowering in an era when those two qualities are being depleted from books and movies aimed at young girls.

Very funny and delightfully improper stuff better than my fond childhood recollections. Got it for my son, who dislikes reading, and though Pippi has not changed his position, it holds his interest.

There was once a girl named Pippi Longstocking. She had a father that was pirate. Pippi did a lot of adventurous things like going to an island and staying for a day! She also went to a carnival and Pippi rescued everyone from a bad guy and tigers. Pippi is my favorite character. I like her because she is weird, funny and has shoes twice the size of her feet! Pippi always has a jolly smile on her face that is covered with freckles. She is very amusing

My favorite part is when she goes to an island and they stay there. Every chapter has a happy ending. Pippi has a lot of absurd adventures that will keep your head in the book. This book was so silly I read it again!

I recommend this book to second graders through fourth graders who like to laugh for a long time. If you like this book, there are more Pippi Longstocking books for you to enjoy! P.S.

I bought 2 Pippi Longstocking books , remembering how I enjoyed them as a kid. Surprised they are still around. Now they both have travelled to Ireland on spring break with our granddaughter - and she tells us they are "great, grandma'.
