Peppered with popcorn trivia and the only popcorn with pepper
recipes that I've ever palated, this book is tastier than popcorn with ketchup (a personal favorite - sounds awful - 'till you try it).

Well, the book isn't tasty, but these recipes, SURE ARE. Bacon,
sugar, walnuts, almonds, garlic, yogurt and gum drops are but a few of the ingredients that you'll encounter...in ways you never imagined possible, I'm sure (I know that *I* never did.)

Under, "About the Author," Mr. Cheer says that he's working on a
compilation of campfire recipes and I'll be waiting with my mouth open, poised for consumption...'course...it could get dry in there...and,
I could get thirsty...but, I'm waiting, nevertheless.

The Pippity-Poppity Popcorn Book supplies big pop for your bucks. You'll plan to stay home and watch a movie so you can try what seems a gazillion recipes (over 50). It is a perfectly imaginative, fun, rich resource of popcorn recipes that sound tasty and worth trying. My favorite is Beef-Jerky Popcorn - even have a spare jar of dried beef in the pantry.

I hate cookbooks, but this is one cookbook I am tickled to have on hand for those nights we want a movie and a bowl of popcorn and a gleam comes into my eye. Who would have thought Popcorn on a Shoestring would taste just right and have a perfect name? It's not just a cookbook; it's an entertaining gem, a great gift idea for teens, couples, hostess gifts, birthday gifts, even a 50th wedding anniversary gift for that couple to enjoy a more interesting NEXT 50 years... There's only one recipe that scares me in the Pippity-Poppity book - Tangy Popcorn. Don't even look.

Bring on the next project - the promise of campfire recipes already has me gathering my camping supplies, and I don't like to go camping either.

What a GREAT little book! If you like popcorn -- I mean if you SERIOUSLY like popcorn -- get it and try some of Victor's recipes. I've tried five so far, and I'm hooked.

This book has 50 tasty popcorn recipes, ranging from the sweet to the spicy. My family enjoyed the sweet ones the best, but the spicy ones were the office favorite. There are many recipes that I never even dreamed of, from Onion Patch Popcorn to Iced Tea Popcorn.

I would highly recommend this book if you are tired of plain old popcorn and want to spice (or sweeten!) things up!

It's gonna take a long time, but I am determined to try at least 31 of the 50 ways to pop and enjoy corn that this little gem of a book suggests you experience. So far I've got 11 tried and marked, along with comments from me and my family and friends who were here when the popping took place. Nine trials got basically thumbs up while two have black X's across their recipes and probably will not be used again. But, what fun!! Suprise your folks with a different taste every time, BUT, DO NOT LOAN OUT YOUR BOOK! I did and it took 3 weeks to get it back. Happy popping!

This book takes the boredom of popcorn into a new dimension. If you are a popcorn lover like me you will enjoy this book. Spice up your next party by using several of these recipes for a change.

Popcorn is my favorite snack. But eating plain popcorn can get a little old. With this cookbook - I have found new ways to make popcorn more exciting!! There are lots of great recipes and most require just a few ingredients. I also like the little tips sprinkled throughout the book.

I really am enjoying this book! So many ways to fix popcorn, I just never appreciated popcorn before I got this! It can be a meal, a side dish, a snack, whatever you are in the mood for - popcorn can be it! I really reccomend it to everyone!

This book was well written, easy to read, and is full of delicious recipes. Scattered throughout the book are also interesting facts about everyone's favorite snack. I never dreamed there were so many ways to enjoy popcorn. I recommend this book to everyone.

This is a great little collection of very, very unusual popcorn recipes. My favorite recipes are the popcorn balls, but the other recipes are very flavorful too. Great gift item.
