There isn't much to say here, rosin is just a dried glob (or box) of stuff that looks like plastic or tree sap, depending, but if you are interested in playing a bowed instrument, it's wise to get the more expensive, given the choice; you get what you pay for, and even the expensive stuff in this case, doesn't cost TOO much. I didn't get the most expensive, but I avoided the cheapest, because I wanted something nice.
