this game is a very good family game.you shoud get it out in market more(more advertising) didnt know anything about it until I played it with friends.I am 68 years old and enjoy playing very much.

I bought this to play Farkel with my 3 year old grandson, he is really into pirates now and the skull and crossbones on the dice really grabbed his attention! I also like that the other sides have numbers instead of dots as this is great in helping him identify his numbers up to six. Of course he needs a lot of help to "play" the game but this set makes learning so much fun.

Yar roll them bones! This is a great farkel set for any pirate lover. The flat packs are compact so they can fit in a pocket or purse easily or even be stored in a glove box. Same classic farkel game but with jolly rogers where the 1 would be and instead of pips there are numbers making it even better for little kids. For added educational value have the kids keep score! Scoring guidelines are on the inside cover for those new to the game.

Not much to add to the previous reviews. These are very nice dice, and any pirate obsessed child should love them. Having numbers rather than pips makes it easier for smaller children to play.

Because of the weight and the rounded corners these are just nice dice to throw.

I'm actually not using them for Farkel but for antoher dice game my family plays.

My boyfriend and I collect farkel games. I saw this one and I bought two. One for me and one for my boyfriends step mom. When they arrived one of the boxes containing the dice was broken to the point of not being able to use it. The second was in perfect condition though. We all love this game. We use it to teach my boyfriends little sister how to count. Great game.

My 86 year old mom came to visit and loved this! She loves to play cards, but now I have introduced her to dice.
I will be putting this in her holiday box this year!!

Farkle is very simple to learn, and this version is very easy to read, with large numbers instead of the traditional pips. The dice are larger than many versions, yet are still small enough to fit all six in one's hand for rolling, so no cup is necessary. Farkle requires some math skill using addition to keep score, but anyone can win, as the outcome depends on the rolls of the dice,making it fun for all ages. The set is small enough to carry in a purse, or keep in the car, for a quick game or two while waiting for a meal or sitting in a bar enjoying a beer(it is amusing for adults as well as children).This case holds the dice well, and it is a good value compared to other sets I have seen in the same price range.

used as replacement parts for pirate dice game. Great substitute. Good quality. Worth the money. Case it comes in is pretty durable.

Product was delivered quickly in good shape with neat case picture of skull and bones on front black and white design..it is a fun game for groups or two and will be a great stocking stuffer.
