Very well made and looked absolutely adorable on our Border Terrier. Everyone loved it! Our pup wasn't the biggest fan of the hat but he managed to keep it on for a good 20 minutes before he ate the feather! The velcro front made it easy to get on and off. The fit was a little tight around the neck but otherwise fit well. I would suggest you double check the size since they seem to be just a tad on the smaller size. Our pup is 23 pounds and I would say that the Medium was just a tad tight so you may need to do a size up.
