Pirate Rubber Duck - Devil Duckie Pirate

I must admit I have a soft spot for the rubber duckie. My myspace page says it all. When I was a child all there was was the classic yellow rubber duckie that Ernie would occasionally break out in a song on Sesame Street. Now rubber duckies comes in all shapes and sizes. My personal favorite line of rubber duckies are the devil ducks. Not only do they come in yellow but blue, black, red, green, spotted, camo colours, zebra stripes, and my personal favorite...dressed up as a pirate. I can't really say if there is any educational value to the rubber duck but it sure beats those obnoxiously annoying toys the Elmo dolls and Furbys. Pirate Devil Duckie is the best because it represents the rebel that I am. Gotta love that eyepatch he wears.

This duck has changed my life in ways that are unimaginable to most. If a DUCK can become a devil pirate, I thought, why can't I?

I am currently sending this review off the coast of Madagascar, as a devil pirate. Life has never been better...........arrrrrrrrrrrrrr

If you haven't taken a bath with a rubber duck then you really haven't realized the full potential of your time in the tub. I get the H20 as hot as I can stand it, relax in the heat and give my one-eyed pirate Devil Duckie a gentle push and sort of let my mind float as I concentrate on him bobbing around in the water. It's sort of like meditation, a bit like self hypnosis. When I get out of the tub, when my hot water is gone, I leave my troubles there with my pirate pal and I smile, because I know he'll be there tomorrow to take away whatever blues may await me.

i collect rubber ducks for my bathroom decor. this one is just as cute as the rest. fast ship. over all decent purchase. i think some of the s&h on here is a rip off, but it is what it is.

This duck is bad @$$, the only downside I've noticed is that it floats a little crooked (i.e. not level).

Although we don't have a tub, we leave this ducky near our bathroom sink, keeping a watchful eye over the bathroom. He is very cute and we receive many compliments about him. He's really a good ducky (who is very easy to clean).

Ok how do you rate a rubber duck? Ok I collect these things and now my nephew has begun collecting them as well. This things look exactly like they do on the website. When I buy them in store(when I can find them) they usually run between $3.99 - $7.00. So they prices are fair, not great. I have one for the tub and it has held its color and still floats. So I do not know what else to say...

We got this for my son's bathroom as a whimsical add on for his pirate/skull bath. Its a cute, a little smaller than I thought it would be but with shipping costs, I feel it was a waste of money for a rubber ducky. I spent about 10 dollars total buying this thing and feel like a fool really. If I had seen it in a store, then I would have no problems spending the 2.99 I paid but the shipping costs were a serious gouge for a plastic duck.

I got this rubber duckie to go along with a baby shower gift. It was perfect!! It arrived in a timely manner and I was not disappointed. Very Happy!

i now have to buy more. i have more friends who would like to have one. he sets in my car on the dash. we get a lot of comments about him.
