It's not a toy. it's a collectible high detail staue od Davy jones suitable even for display in your dining room. it has quite a few joints of articulation and too heavy to be a toyIt's Positive points : 1. Extremely high detail 2. Extremely high production quality 3. Unexpectedly durable for such an item 4. Very good & strong stand 5. Voice which is not a big deal It's negative points and causes that indicate that it could not be a toy: 1. Few joints of articulation 2. Particularly heavy 3. a wierd smell

This is more of a collectors item but my Pirates of the Carribean obsessed 3 1/2 year old still loves it.
