I bought this for my niece, a POTC (and Johnny Depp) fanatic, for her birthday. It's a very high quality item (not your standard mass market Toys R Us action figure), and worth the price, IMO. More importantly, my niece (17) was thrilled, and keeps the figure right next to her computer where she can always see it. If you're looking for a "cut above" Captain Jack Sparrow, and can afford it, this is a good value.
