A great book of sheet music, and very promptly delivered; it only took around 1 week to arrive!
The music has just the right blend of simplicity/complexity to make it easy enough to play while still being challenging for my teenage daughter, and yet sounding GREAT and very satisfying to belt out.
We are very pleased, and would recommend this to anyone who likes the Pirates music.

Never before have I been so pleased with a movie soundtrack music book before. This is really great. The pieces are probably a little advanced for most people, but if you know the music, it's not hard to figure out. It has every theme you'd want to play. Very, very, good!

The pieces in this book are very fun to play. They are written very well and it sounds very similar to what you hear on the soundtrack. I would reccommend this book for intermediate pianists, not beginners!

I had hoped there would be additional tracks from the movie as it was labeled as a "Special Edition." (I ordered this CD before the track listing appeared on this site). The US release is phenomenal, but this CD was not what I was looking for...very disappointed.

Just to inform the people who want to buy this CD, it is the Japanese Version, the only difference to the US version is the text written in the sleeve of the CD. There is nothing added to the music of this CD (big disappointment) but it is still a gorgeous soundrack!

I am a great fan of Pirate's and its music. I would say this collection captures the essence of the songs from the movie quite well with a few exceptions. (For example, a few measures in the Black Pearl make you wonder what you're doing). Overall, however, it's great!

This book was purchased for myself. I love the music of this movie and really love the challenging timing of each song. This is a must have for any library.

Even if you haven't seen the movie, this sound track by Klaus Badelt will stir your soul, and place your spirit on the high seas!!!

The subtle main theme is scored in different variations with the climax on the the track fifteen (15) which is also the closing for the movie.

Try listening to this great piece of music on a beach at dusk watching the ocean and enjoying the waves. You can't help but be moved.

At least that's the "Movie Man's" opinion!!!

Cost effective to just order online, save time and money. We bundled with other piano course books and had free shipping, even saving more money.

Hans Zimmer really pulled off a masterpiece with this soundtrack. It has his trademark energy (think Gladiator) with "pirate" themes. The fighting scores will tempt you to grab the nearest sword and go swashbuckling. It's also addictive. The only problem I have with this album is that it's too short - only 15 tracks...
