Well.. Where to start.. After Getting The originall and The City of prauge version this was a total let down.. I mean the originall Score Drink up me Hearties was Very Good but City of Prauge took it to another level then i heard this version and i was like completely let down.. It has a few ups and downs the instruments used were terrible.. Theres really nothing i enjoy about it at all.. I give it 1 extra star for the effort but if ur gonna re-do scores please do it right! if ur looking for a real orchestra re-mix of the pirates trilogy check out City of Prauge..

I strongly urge you NOT to spend your money here. These CDs are produced by the "Global Stage Orchestra" which despite the name, is not a real orchestra. All the tracks on these discs were generated by a synthesizer. I have suspicions that the monkeys who call themselves an "orchestra" simply got a hold of the MIDI files for the scores and played them back on the computer...and sell you the result. Even I could do that!

These tracks simply sound terrible!! Nothing like the originals. The Pirates of the Caribbean sound track is one of my all-time favorites and I was quite excited about receiving this set. Instead, I threw them in the trash after about 5min of listening. Disgusting.

I strongly urge you NOT to spend your money here. Go somewhere else and buy the real sound tracks.

$20 for 3 CDs with such excellent music is one heck of a deal. Thanks, Amazon.
