I bought this book because I was looking for something a little more extreme and non-consensual than some of the stuff I usually read. But I didn't find much that was erotic in this book, despite the tagline. I guess I probably should have known what I was in for, given that the book was described as being awfully extreme. But I wasn't offended or disgusted, really, just bored. I do like the premise of a girl being kidnapped and forced into sexual slavery against her will, but this book did nothing to make it erotic, and having all her captors be disgusting, unattractive, fat men really does nothing for me. There were a few intriguing scenes, but mostly I just found this novel boring. And it was yet another piece of erotica that doesn't seem to have been edited at all, which is always distracting.

Like another reviewer, I figured this book would be heavy duty, but I had kind of enjoyed the Klitzman stories because I am waiting to see if the protagonist will ever either get his just rewards or become like Klitzman. This Pirate's Prize book is just torture, rape, blah, blah, blah. Very poorly edited, also. I don't mind some hardcore, but I guess I really do prefer my hardcore a bit softer and with a plot that entails more than just excuses for more of the torture, rape, ad nauseam. Very limited imagination has been shown in the writing or conceiving of this story.

This was a different kind of book for me. I found the ending to soon. Now I need to get the second book just to finish this. It was like it cut off in the middle!

A VERY HOT BDSM READ,
This review is from: PIRATE'S PRIZE - A BDSM Novel of Erotic Domination (Kindle Edition)
This is real hard bdsm action with a reasonably credible story line - if you like slavegirls being abused and tortured, go for it. The fact that the author concentrates on one person makes this even more harrowing.

Mark Slade is right. "Half length, half price". But lots of situations from which Shara Peters will not escape. She's out on the Mediteranean on Jeremy's boat. Jeremy knows how to use the strap. When she is taken by pirates Shara is sore and marked for their previous session. From pages 9 through 99 , Slade tells the treatment of Shara and other girls who are destine to join a new group of slaves. Chains and whips are in frequent use. Escape impossible.Worth buying. Look for its sequel. PRIATE'S PRIZE 2. Also half length and half price.

Double strength, half price!,
This review is from: Pirate's Prize: A Novel of Slavery and Erotic Domination (Paperback)
Bondage Books say this is 'Half length, half price'. OK it is rather short - but it is surely double strength! Let's hope the sequel comes soon!
