Update: The game was incompatible to my system, but Amazon Digital refunded my money within one day. Very impressive customer service. I will attempt another game download knowing they got my back. ~Bean
Jumping through hoops to just get it to run on xp is just foolish, this game has some physics and graphics rendering problems that the patches refuse to fix. I did not buy it from amazon so it is no fault of theirs selling it. This game from first run would seem a simple little action style game but it comes off as a tedious item hunt for the beginning and with all the slow downs it makes it really a mess to play. If you like random crashes and and sudden system freezes this game is for you.( oh and I forgot about the save game corruption too)
If the publisher gets this game running smoothly then maybe I change this but most likely NO.
The developers here are not the problem the unrealistic dead lines are.
Ways to get it to work:
In Win7 Change the settings under the short cut to run as Xp service pack 2 and for Nvidia cards make it force the dual core card or sli render to method 2. This should make it run not smoothly JUST run.
Also turn off the Ambient Occlusion if the patch did not do this for you.
Seems as though only patch 1.2 will run worth anything.(which by chance requires patch 1.1 total of 937MB)
