A Cute and Mysterious Manga,
This review is from: Pita-Ten, Volume 1 (Paperback)
I have to say, when I first started reading Pita-Ten, I was not overly impressed. I got it because it has really cute art and an interesting story-line, but I did not expect to like the characters or the romance very much. And at first I didn't. It seemed too sugary sweet and angsty.
However, I've started liking more now that I've gotten further into the series. Misha-Chan annoyed me at first with all her cuteness, but she kinda grows on you. The romance also gets more engaging as the series progresses. But the best features are still the story and the art. The story is deep in mystery and leaves you wondering about characters' pasts and motivations, especially Shia-Chan's. And the art is just so pretty to look at. So I say that this manga is worth getting, even if you think you won't like it very much. It takes awhile to get good, but I think you'll enjoy it if you give it a chance. I would most highly suggest it to fans of CLAMP or similar manga-ka

At first I didn't like this book because it was knd of confusing-but all will be revealed in later books! The art was soooooo cute, and I love Misha! She is such a cute character, so if you're looking for 100% manga filled with cuteness you should read Pita-Ten!

This was the best graphic novel I have ever read! It was a really cute beginning to what seems a great story. Misha is an Angel who wants to be a full fledged angel, yet she knows nothing of the human world. I really enjoyed this book and can't wait to ge the follow ups! So glad it was translated, too! Koge is THE BEST manga writer ever!

This is an exceptionally sweet and fun story following the mishaps of Koutarou and Misha, an angel who for some reason decides to be his neighbour and bug him to death!I LOVED PitaTen, it is VERY funny and the artwork is exceptionally beautiful. I *havent* actually read this tokyopop version, just the original japanese one, but hopefully they will handle the translation well. (thumbs up) If you were ever doubting buying Pitaten, may your doubts be over!

A Kid's Review
This review is from: Pita-Ten, Volume 1 (Paperback)
Pita-ten is a wonderful manga with a little bit of romance and a tint of comedy. Katorou has a totally regular life when Misha unexpectedly moves in next door. She claims that she is an angel and ever since she's moved in strange things happened to Katorou. Then a demon named Shia moves in. Could Katorou be more than just human? What could be the relationship between Katorou, Misha, and Shia? You can find out.
Remember, whoever rates this book badly deffinetly didn't read the whole series. You'll love it!

Pita-Ten rocks!!!!,
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Pita-Ten, Volume 1 (Paperback)
Pita-Ten contains everything you would want in a light-hearted comedy about friendship, love and happiness. It is about finding your way in this sarcastic world. Misha is a funny angel who lives near Kotaru, a teenager. Shia is a demon who wears white. Misha is an angel who wears black. HONESTLY, READ THIS MANGA...DUH!!!! =P
