A Lost Gem,

This book is subtitled 'Greatness Dishonored' which fits Pius very well. O'Carroll not only goes into detail of Church-Jews-Nazi situation, but touches on many of his encyclicals including the dogma of the assumption. A great addition to my library that I stumbled on by accident. After reading this book, I am convinced that Pius was one of the greatest leaders, if not one of the greatest men of the 20th century.
