About the Author

Rick Vazquez is currently a Business Operations Manger for International Business Machines Corporation, in Piscataway, New Jersey. Rick has over 20 years of business experience in dealing with customers, executives and business partners. In 2003, Rick started investing in residential real estate part time, and has quickly built an impressive real estate investment portfolio. He has bought and sold over nineteen properties in that time frame totaling over $4.1 million dollars. He currently owns ten rental properties and continues to actively prospect for additional real estate assets to add to his portfolio. Rick is a passionate individual who possesses a high energy level and enthusiasm in all aspects of his life. Whether writing, looking for properties, or driving IBM' s business, Rick is constantly looking to create win/win situations for all parties involved. Rick is a native of New Jersey, and when he isn t writing or working, he enjoys spending time with his loving wife and their two children Jordan and Ryan in their home in Central Jersey.
