The contents of this book are as follows:
THE BASICS: doughs, sauces
RECIPES: cheese and vegetable pizzas; fish and seafood pizzas; poultry and meat pizzas; calzone; focaccia and panini; mini pizzas and different bases; sweet pizzas
The thing I like most is that you're given step-by-step instructions for everything, including pictures.
The recipes are very accessible, anyone can do them once they read the instructions. However the "finished product" is by no means commonplace!
All the recipes that I've tried came out perfect! Simple, fast, everyday cooking but nonetheless superb, artistic and delicious!

One of the best pizza cookbooks around, and we ought to know, we own 8; this is the one we give as gifts. Small book with tons of photos, wide variety of recipes: dough, sauces, pizza toppings (lots of ideas), calzones, sweets - this cookbook is a keeper.

Over the years I have collected many of the titles in this Little Guides series. They are basic to advanced, creative, informative, and in a very handy size. The recipes encourage creativity and trying variations with many interesting suggestions. Great books for everyone from a beginning cook to an advanced one.
