This is the best pizza book. I was in italy all summer, checked out the bookstores there for the best pizza book. This is it! Other books are junk, and tell you combinations of toppings and junk to put on pizza, without even telling you how to make dough or sauce, what a waste! Make your own dough, make your own pizza! GOOOD!

Nice pictures too.
