I purchased this product because I wanted to make a more authentic pizza by cooking directly on a pizza stone. It is perfect. It wasn't too expensive. It has a nice long handle for keeping your hands out of the fire, unlike some of the less expensive peels. The work surface is large enough to make and handle a good personal-sized pizza on. It is now an essential tool in my kitchen. No more delivery!
